We got the opportunity to confront Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel with some questions that other media outlets are too scared to ask!
While covering another story in Lansing, we had the fortunate opportunity to run into Attorney General Dana Nessel, and felt obligated to ask some questions while being totally unprepared!
After the Michigan Senate committee recommended that Democratic Attorney General Dana Nessel consider investigating individuals who pushed false claims “to raise money or publicity for their own ends.” We ask Dana Nessel if she will be drawing up new laws to prevent legislators from looking into the affidavits more seriously.
We then asked about the Marlena Pavlos-Hackney case and how the district court is railroading her, by not allowing video of the magistrate hearing to be included within discovery for her defense.

Although Attorney General Dana Nessel was not pleased by the questions we were asking, she did manage to show her defensive side and did not stay to answer any more questions…
Also, we found this to be pretty odd: That the Attorney General of Michigan who has nothing to hide, was accompanied by 2 armed personal security guards, as well as having a car that is fully bulletproof.
