LANSING- Protestors started arriving around 12pm at the Michigan State Capitol to show their support for the truck drivers in Canada and the United States.
Peaceful protests will start today and last thru next weekend, or longer.
The event, Lansing Convoy For Freedom was put together by Amber Williams on Facebook. The invite states:
Join the convoy to Lansing and peacefully stand together. Truckers, farmers, bikers, sheriffs, deputies, veterans, pick up trucks, minivans, bicycles if need be. Family friendly.
We enter Lansing beginning Sunday, February 13th, meeting at 1 pm, east side of the Capitol building, “Super Bowl Sunday,” and we do not leave until We the People are in charge once again.
